best action movie of all time

In my opinion most of great action movies just waiting for somebody who pick up them to be best action movies of all time and this is the time where I found 15 of them that is not only just best action movies but also I want you to send direct signal what you should focus on. All of them are exactly best action movies of all time for me ( find me a maniac of movie watcher ) I see thousand of good websites that just copy and paste ranking of top 10 action movies but there is nothing that just reprinting the same things all the time. I will present you my view, you can agree or not but one things is really important here, my point of view is after seeing let me say 50k movies to be true with you, and if we speaking about action you will find action, you will find best action movies of all time! I don't know if making ranking will be good idea because like I said, all of them can be top 10 action movies or just best action movie it doesn't matter, all you need to knows in my opinion you should watch all of them if you never see.

Max Cohen, a mathematician who owns a supercomputer that believes that there is a natural pattern to everything in life, including the stock market. He can almost see it, but not quite, but is censored by his mentor who had a stroke when he came too close to the truth. His foundation is built around the golden formula, which I've learned in math a little bit, and the circle of theta. As he gets closer and closer to the truth, he begins to go a little crazy.

Revolver

"The greatest enemy will hide in the last place you would ever look."

The story revolves around one mans quest to extract revenge against an evil crime boss who he holds responsible for the lengthy prison sentence he has just completed. It's smart, and despite its entertaining, action-movie feel, Revolver is a story that you'll have to pay very close attention to. Jason Statham pretty much plays the same character that he has in, well, just about every movie he's been cast in. And this is also familiar territory for Goodfellas alum Ray Liotta. If you like gangster/crime action movies. I think the ending is based on an interesting, although deeply flawed, theory of human nature.

The movie has plenty of action, chase scenes, good stunts, special effects and suspense. Ultimately, this is a romance, that plays out in a very well developed futuristic context. Ultimately, the hero of the film is pursued by the FBI as well as his former employer. An interesting theme in the movie is the power of simple objects or knowledge, in the right context, at the right time. Related to this, is the principle that a seemingly insignificant or small event or action on our part, may have a huge impact on the future. Knowing this, can give a person greater influence and ability to change the future.

healthy barbecues

What is summertime without the barbecue? And what is the barbecue without those quintessential spare ribs, or that juicy steak? But is that stack of smoky ribs really worth its artery clogging after effects? Would you look at an alternative barbecue diet that does away with those ounces sitting on the waist and the blocks accumulating in the heart?

So this summer, think healthy. Indulge in the barbecue by all means, but keep it lean and keep it healthy. Here’s how.

Start with the vegetables. For maximum vitamin benefits, pick vegetables all colors of the rainbow. Cut them into strips or chunks; marinade with spices, such as garlic, ginger, onion, and peppers. Add yoghurt if you will to get a creamy consistency. Keep salt to the minimum.

When grilling, spray grill or use foil. When using foil, remember to keep it open for maximum vitamin retention. Closing the foil will cause the vegetables to be steamed instead of grilled; and grilling holds the vitamins far better than steaming does. Grill vegetables for a few minutes. Add seasonings and a dash of cold pressed olive oil for that extra taste. It is important to add the oil after grilling because heated oil turns into bad fat; something that we all want to avoid.

For your main dish, look away from the pork and towards tuna. Why tuna? Because it is low in fat and packed with proteins, that’s why! Allow your imagination to soar with the seasonings: use sesame, or pepper, or just that dash of oregano. Try to not overcook the fish. Rarely done tuna will be juicier and far tastier. Other options are to use tofu, cubed chicken breast, prawns or other lean meats.

Messiahs of health barbecues have known to have tried marinated aubergines, grilled asparagus, garlic mushrooms, and monkfish kebabs successfully and enjoyably!

If you are one of those who can’t think of barbecue without hamburgers, do not despair. Lose your high fat hamburgers in favor of bison burgers, turkey burgers, or garden burgers. Instead of hot dogs, and beef and pork sausages, go for lean poultry sausages and soy sausages.

To go the whole hog, drop the fries in favor of healthier varieties of chips and get peaches or other fruit for desserts.

Pre chop, peel, or pre measure the ingredients and pack them in Ziploc bags. Label the bags correctly. Pre cook meats. Prepare soups, stews etc ahead of time. Freeze and keep in the cooler. If using pots, cover them while cooking. Not only will the food cook faster, insects and dirt will also keep out of your pots. To make cleaning easier, as also to protect yourself from smoke and fire damage, put liquid soap outside your pots and pans before you start to cook. Carry block ice rather than ice cubes.

With all of these swaps, take a count of the savings on calories, fat, and sugar – you will be surprised with what you have gained and what you have shed!

tips to select good wedding caterers

A wedding is an imperative occasion for everyone. In India especially, it is not only considered as a simple event but as a sacred occasion. It is common to have huge number of guests on this occasion and the hosting family makes sure that all the arrangements of the wedding are done perfectly in order to treat the guests properly and enable the customs to go on smoothly. Food is one of the major criteria to be considered during wedding. The quality of it is very important since it is the only thing you are really treating your guests with. Making a decision on the caterers for the important occasion is a crucial task.

Here are some tips to help you select good caterers in Delhi or other parts of India,

* It is always best to hire professional caterers who specifically deal with big and small occasions
* You can ask your relatives of friends to suggest their recommendations. If you get a trusted reference then you can concentrate on other things on the wedding day while the caterers manage the food
* If you already have caterers who is well known to you and you are sure of their abilities then it is always better to appoint them for the important day
* You can also have a tab on how the food tastes in other events or party that you attend. If you like the food, you can either talk to that caterer or take the caterer’s contact number from the host and get in touch later
* There are a few marriage halls that will allow you to occupy the place only if you use their caterers. If this is the case then you will have to make sure that these caterers are good. Tasting their food or asking other people for feedback are two ways in which you can determine their ability. If you feel that they are not that good, it is better to look out for other venues, if that is possible
* Some marriage halls permit to have catering services from external sources. In such cases you can make your choice depending on the food and service quality rendered by the caterers
* You can use the internet too to search for the caterers. Simple searches like “caterers in Delhi” will list suitable results
* You need to have some knowledge about the menu you want to serve. For example if you are hiring services of caterers in Delhi, then make sure they know to cook the traditional dishes of your region. Since wedding includes religious and regional customs, you will have specific items to be made on the wedding day. So, make sure you make enquiries related to this
* If you have short listed few caterers based on your previous experiences or recommendations from your dear ones, then your next task would be to do a test tasting of the caterers’ food. Check the taste, ingredients quality and the hygiene that they maintain

everyone loves candy bars

We all like to treat ourselves to a sugar snack every now and then and one of the most popular retro sweets are undoubtedly candy bars. These chocolately favourites have been around for decades, however you may be surprised to learn that they originally started out as chocolate drinks. The Nestle company started out by making evaporated milk, but in 1875 milk was added into the chocolate mixture by Henry Nestle and Daniel Peter who s experiments lead to the creation of the delicious chocolate drink. The success of this drink continues today with millions of people around the world appreciating the chocolatey, creamy beverage.

If you are one of the many people who have trouble keeping their craving for old time retro sweets under control, then there s probably a good reason for that. Throughout the duration of World War 1, large amounts of candy bars were distributed to soldiers in order to give them the energy that they so badly needed. It was always going to be the case that chocolate manufacturers would stand to benefit from this. Increasing amounts of their products were being purchased and as a result their business grew. The success of the candy industry was so great that by the end of the war, there were around 40,000 different brands of candy bars that were available. This wide variety of candy has contributed greatly to it s popularity today.

If you are especially obsessive about more traditional sweets then you will be pleased to find that it is very easy to buy the candies that you remember from your childhood. Whether you loved nougat bars, strawberry and custard boiled sweets, black jacks, curly wurlies or giant refreshers then a simple internet search will reveal several websites which still sell those sweets you knew and loved when you were younger.

If you are worried that you wont be able to find the sweets you loved by shopping online there really is no need for concern. Because these online shops are basically wholesale shops with warehouses rather than the limited shelves of a normal shop, there is an excellent chance they will stock what you are looking for. If not then they will get certain sweets in stock if there is enough demand from their customers. In the meantime you will still be so overwhelmed with the sheer variety of sweets, drinks and candies that they already have in stock that you are more than likely to find plenty of new favourites.

If you are especially passionate about sugary treats, then the opportunity to buy wholesale sweets may tempt you to start up your own online sweet shop. Because you can buy sweets in bulk this means that the price per item will be significantly less when you buy, enabling you to profit when you sell them on at the regular price!

There are plenty of online shops which enable you to buy a range of different chocolates, drinks and sweets so why not take a little look online today and see what sugary treats you may be missing out on!

soda bad, chocolate good

Got a sweet tooth? Be careful what you eat or drink to sate it. Recent health research has good news for chocolate lovers and bad news for soda drinkers.

A collaborative observational study between the University of Minnesota and the University of Singapore examined 60,000 Chinese Singaporeans, all of them middle aged or older. Over 14 years, scientists examined the participants intake of juice and soda and charted development of pancreatic cancer in those subjects. People who drank more than two sodas a week on average were 87 more likely to develop a pancreatic tumor than those who didn t consume any. There was no increased risk for juice drinkers; researchers speculate that this is due to the effect that sugared sodas have on glucose and insulin levels, which don t spike as much from natural sugars found in fruit juices.

This was the first time an Asian population was examined in observational studies of such a correlation, but researchers believe the results can be extrapolated to Western populations, particularly the United States. Singapore and the U.S. both consume relatively large amounts of fast food and refined sugars. Doctors do caution, though, that this doesn t establish any clear causal link between sodas and pancreatic cancer, and may simply be a further illustration of the correlation between development of pancreatic cancer and the incidence rates of diabetes and obesity.

Meanwhile, the Stroke Research Center at St. Michael s Hospital in Toronto, Canada has found that eating chocolate dark chocolate in particular may reduce your risk of stroke. The researchers final findings have not yet been published, but they are slated to deliver their review at a Canadian neurology conference in April. The scientists didn t delve much into their findings comparing intake effects of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate, but did mention that dark chocolate seemed most beneficial. The review estimates that stroke rate was 22 lower for people who ate chocolate once a week; in those who ate 50 grams or more weekly, stroke rate was as much as 46 lower. The researchers admit that a limitation of bias may be at work in these findings. People who ate larger amounts of chocolates could just be more affluent and wealthy, with better access to medical care and more opportunities to be physically active.

The noted benefits may be the result of flavonoid antioxidants in chocolate, which is found in higher concentrations in dark chocolate than milk chocolate. However, chocolate is also a food that is high in saturated fat and bad cholesterol. While none of the doctors are recommending we think of chocolate as a health food, moderate intake certainly doesn t seem to be bad for you. If all it takes is one weekly serving to reduce your risk of stroke, that s a sweet change that anyone s calorie allotment can make room for just lay off the sodas for a while, and have a Special Dark instead. Your body may even thank you for the indulgence in the long run.

the history of barbecue

Every Fourth of July weekend, as perhaps almost every weekend in the summer, millions of Americans are seen huddling around barbecue pits and grills to create those smoky meats that the world loves. The barbecue is as quintessentially American as it gets but the origins of this delicacy are hard to find.

No one is quite sure where the term “barbecue” originated. Most people believe that the Spanish, on landing on the Caribbean, used the term “barbacoa” to refer to the local inhabitants’ method of charring meat over an open flame of hot coals. Others put down the beginnings of barbecue to origins as diverse as Haiti, an extinct tribe in Guyana, or even France.

Wherever the cuisine first originated, the practice of holding neighborhood barbecues became fairly common in the South United States towards the end of the colonial period. Soon, the barbecues became larger, with plantation owners holding big, festive barbecues, especially since pork production expanded at this time and most of the pork was not exported out of the South. Corn bread soon became the established accompaniment, because of the predominance of corn cultivation in the South.

The popularity of the barbecue stemmed from the fact that it allowed for a large quantity of food to be cooked at one time. Barbecues became the accepted cuisine for larger gatherings, whether for church festivals or for neighborhood picnics. Barbecues became, and still are, events rather than just meals. People loved to gather around the fire to watch, talk, smell, and eat.

In the 19th century, the barbecue became a regular feature at church picnics and political rallies. Not only was it a relatively easy way to lobby votes, it allowed social classes to intermingle easily. Journalist Jonathan Daniels summed up the reason for the popularity of the barbecue when he wrote that, “barbecue is a dish which binds together the taste of the both the people of the big house and the poorest occupants of the back end of the broken down barn.”

Clearly, the classless barbecue had a long and successful future ahead. From the barbecue pit to the restaurant was just a short step, and soon dozens of barbecue joints mushroomed, frequented by travelers looking for a cheap and filling meal. Till date, the barbecue is a popular meal, especially in the Southern United States. Roads in that part of the land are lined with smiling pigs, beckoning the hungry traveler to a hearty, meaty, meal.

Camping food does not have to be restricted to the meat filled classics. Agreed, most of us and our children would not do without the hamburger by the camp fire, but why not try out some healthy vegetable grills? Combine carrots or tomatoes with mozzarella, season with basil, sizzle with olive oil to make a great campsite meal.

So this Forth of July, when you grill those meats with friends and family, close your eyes and savor the journey of the barbecue as well. It does good to know how the Americans took yet another tradition and made it their own.

the story of chewing gum

Although the long term of hostory may be somewhat vague, there is a significant amount of evidence that chewing gum was enjoyed as far back as the time of the ancient Greeks with a sticky substance which was bade from the resin of the Mastic Tree, a plan which was indigenous to Turkey.

An equivalent gum was made in North America where the native Americans chewed on a substance which was made from the resin that was found inside Spruce Trees. This practice of chewing on tree resin carried on up until the early 19th century and it has been recognsed as one of the very first examples of chewing gum.

By the end of of the 19th century Spruce Resin was substituted with Paraffin or an edible wax, however this trend was short lived. We cam still see similar examples of this in the sweets and candy still available today such as Wax Lips or that retro candy classic wax bottles.

Chewing gum comes in a wide variety of flavours, but the recipe for each is basically the same. The base is commonly made from resins found in tropical trees which are then mixed in with synthetic materials like polyvinyl acetate, wax or rubber byproducts. The rest of the ingredients consist of a mixture of corn syrup, sugar and of course artificial colours and flavourings.

The base is first melted into a soluble liquid which is then combined with the other byproducts and then stored in a solid block. This block is then combined with colourings, sweeteners and flavourings before it goes to the packaging stage.

The main difference between bubble gum and regular chewing gum is that bubble gum has a base which consists of rubber latex which gives it it s elasticity. The earliest brands of chewing gum where somewhat challenging to chew as they were fairly hard and the flavour didn t last for a particularly long time. As the early forms of chewing gum became more and more popular, manufacturers started to experiment with different flavours and softer centres.

The chewing gum that we know and love today is credited to a Mexican general, Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. He was to eventually become infamous as one of the many participants of the Alomo. As is common for many great inventions, it s conception came about very much by accident.

When Antonio was exiled from Mexico he introduced Thomas Adams to Chicle which was a substance that was derived from Saodilla and Sapota trees. Adams wanted to use this substance to find more cost effective ways of manufacturing car tyres. He was unsuccessful in finding a substitute for tyres, however he did end up creating the first mass marketed chewing gum.

In 1880, this successful recipe was modified by William White who combined corn syrup with Chicle and peppermint extract, thus creating the first flavoured gum which was called Yucatan. Chewing gum went on to become a major part of American culture and is credited as being a major force being the vending business.
